By accessing or using ClosetPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ClosetPilot is a wardrobe management application that allows users to upload photos of clothing items, receive AI-powered tagging and outfit recommendations, build outfits, and plan them on a calendar.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing settings. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload. We do not share your content with third parties except as needed to provide the service (e.g., AI image analysis). You can delete your data at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClosetPilot is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
